Description

1,Outstanding strength and toughness, weather-resistance, friction-resistance and twist-resistance.

2,excellent heat-resistance and anti-yellowing.

3,This product has good corrosion- resistance and has passed the test of resisting the chemical solvent : acid, alkali, methanol ,ethanol and so on.

4,confronts to the standards of SONY-GP and ROHS.

 

Application

Applied to the surface coating of silicone products.

 

Usuage

1,This product is a single component. There is no need to deploy and dilute, The product can be used directly.

2, Mix PU oil and shake evenly to prevent precipitation. (adding the toluene, n-butyl or specific diluents to dilute).

3,clean dust before spraying film, then make flame treatment or discharge treatment.

4,,curing conditions: 160 ± 5 °C × 40 minutes.

 

Remarks1, we can adjust concentration, texture and performance according to  the  requirements of the customer.

2,size of packing : 3KG / drum or pack according to customer’ requirements.  

3,keep in tightly closed container under the ordinary conditions, then store in a dry and cool place , 

4,If open it ,please use it up as soon as possible. When not in use, re-seal and do not   

expose it for a long time.
